Completed forms should be sent as follows:

By email: scanned and sent to parking@qut.edu.au (5mB maximum)

By post: Parking Services, GPO Box 2434, Brisbane QLD 4001

When posting form/s you should be aware of the due date and ensure that you have allowed sufficient time for the postal service. It is your responsibility to ensure that your form/s arrive before the required time.
