Small Jobs and Minor Works must be initiated as a work request, with an associated project. It is preferred that this request be made through BEIMSWeb.
For any new work that is required, please direct the request to the Facilities Management Help Desk via the BEIMSWeb Non-Maintenance Request Form. It is necessary to include a cost centre as well as an Authorising Officer who can authorise the funds for the amount of work required.
