The Standards and Records Unit of Operations maintain database and graphical information systems that provide strategic information to the university for the planning and management of its physical facilities, these systems are:
- Space Management (PFS) on Archibus
- Geographical Information System (GIS) of all site infrastructure
- Building Records Archive on Alchemy
The hardcopy Records Archive is also kept by Standards and Records at Kelvin Grove.
