In a multi-campus institution of this size new staff need an opportunity to establish and define relationships within their new environment. Upon commencement all new staff are involved in an induction program at the workplace level and the Welcome to QUT University wide orientation program. Participation is based upon the nature of the staff member's appointment within the University.
