The workplace hazard inspection programs' purpose is to identify and monitor potential or existing workplace specific hazards and implement timely corrective action, in all Facilities Management work areas on a regular basis.

For more information please read the Workplace Hazard Inspection Program at the left of this page.

The 3 customised checklists available for use are located on the left of this page. They are only guides or prompts for the identification of Hazards and Risks in all Facility Management work areas, including maintenance workshops, cleaning facilities, bookshop, general office environments and grounds workshops.

The Core Checklist is to be used for all locations irrespective of work activity, then choose either the Workshop or Office Checklist as needed.
