Preventive Maintenance contracts are in place to ensure that all airconditioning plant and equipment on all campuses at QUT, are maintained to relevant Australian Standards. Additionally, contracts with other firms assist workshop staff to respond to corrective maintenance calls on a 24- hour per day basis as required.
