Important Information:

A Service Vehicle permit authorises vehicles to park in the SV Zones only for a maximum of 4 hours per visit/day. Although the Unversity may issue more than one permit to a company, each company is only permitted one (1) vehicle on campus at any one time. The parking on campus is regulated under the QUT Act (1998) Schedule 1. Breach of parking regulations, including the one vehicle rule, may result in the suspension or withdrawal of parking priviledges on campus and/or maximim fine of $1000. A separate form will need to be completed for each permit.

I have read the above information, and confirm that all users of the parking permit are aware of these restrictions.
