The Project Procedures Kit (PPK) and the Minor Works Project Procedures Kit (MWPPK) collates for consultants all the general and specific processes and procedures for the delivery of a QUT capital works or maintenance projects.
This document forms part of all consultancy commissions and is complementary to the 'Scope of Services'. As the document is regularly updated and reviewed, all contracts must specify the Edition and Amendments of the PPK pertaining to the project.
