To assist consultants in understanding the way Facilities Management is structured and the way a QUT major or minor works project must be designed and delivered, Facilities Management has produced Design Standards and Guidelines (DSG), a Project Procedures Kit (PPK) (PDF, 951.10KB), a Minor Works Procedures Kit (MWPPK) (PDF, 896.32KB), Workplace Health and Safety guidelines and standard consultancy and building contracts.
