The University has adopted a staged approach in implementing QUT's individual campus building and landscape developments. Although it has been recognised that each campus has its own unique character, unifying themes will continue to exist across the University through the use of common elements such as signage, street furniture, lighting, colours etc.
A new master plan, completed in 2009, provides an indicative vision of the University's physical environment for the next 25 years and will be regularly updated.
