The Kelvin Grove campus offers two types of parking:
Pay & Display: Four Pay & Display car parks operate on the campus. These are the Hertson Road Car Park; the Oval Car Park, the Boundary Road Car Park, the Rainforest Car Park and the SLSC Car Park. Fees vary between car parks. Please see the Pay & Display section for further details. Pre-purchased scratch-it permits will be required for the SLSC, Boundary Road and Rainforest Car Parks and will also be available for the Oval Car Park. The permits are available from Student Centres, KG Bookshop, KG NewsAgent and directly from the Parking Office. They are used simply by scratching panels to review the appropriate day, date and month details before displaying the ticket on the vehicle dashboard. Permit Parking : Permit parking is available in various locations around the campus, including the IHBI building and CIP. Permit parking is only available to staff and is allocated through the Faculty/Divisional quota allocation system. Staff wishing to be considered for permit parking should contact their school/faculty administration officer. Fees apply for permit parking.
CIP Lot 5 Parking: The Lot 5 Parking Area is expected to close during 2008. All 2007 permits will continue through until the car park closes. The Parking Office will not be issuing 2008 permits.

If you need to travel between campuses, there is free inter campus shuttle service between the Carseldine and Kelvin Grove campuses, and between Kelvin Grove and Gardens Point campuses.
