All fleet vehicle bookings are made through the Logistics Centre staff at Kelvin Grove.

Fleet Services is operated out of the Logistics Centre on level 1 of F Block at Kelvin Grove. Opening times are 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. All key collections must be made during these hours. There is an after hours key return box near the entry door to the Logistics Centre on level 1 of F Block.
The vehicles are located on level 2A of F Block.
