Drivers must refuel the vehicle at any BP service station when the gauge registers one quarter full. Drivers failing to do this may incur a charge equivalent to the late fee.
Fuel cards are supplied with keys. Each card has a specified fuel type on the card (unleaded vehicles are to be filled with regular unleaded only). You will need to quote the speedometer reading to the BP console operator and return the receipt to Logistics staff.
