Caltex fuel cards are only valid at the following service stations:
- Caltex
- Ampol
- Woolworths Plus
- Independent Fuel Supplies (IFS)
A list of the service stations close to QUT campuses is attached to all fleet key rings.
Drivers must refuel the vehicle at a service station when the fuel gauge registers one quarter full or less. Drivers failing to do this may incur a charge equivalent to the late fee.
Fuel cards are supplied with vehicle keys. Unleaded vehicles are to be filled with regular 91 octane unleaded only. The vehicle's odometer reading must be quoted to the service station operator, and the receipt returned to Logistics Centre staff with the keys.
