All fleet vehicles are covered by the RACQ Fleet care serviceor manufacturers roadside assistance arrangements in the event of any mechanical problems. This includes reciprocal rights with providers in other states.
Attached to the vehicle keys is a RACQ key tag with the number to call, the Fleet Name and the Service Number. You may also be requested by the operator for further information like:
- Vehicle type and registration
- Vehicle colour
- Position of vehicle
- Problem with vehicle
On return to campus you will need to advise Campus Services fleet vehicle staff of the problems incurred during your trip.
