Campus Services operates a fleet of fully maintained small sedans and large station wagons which, subject to availability, may be used by members of staff for official University business. Student use of fleet vehicles for field trips or other official purposes requires the authority of the Head of School or their nominee. Students may not book fleet vehicles on – line or via email.
Staff bookings can be made by contacting the Logistics Office on your campus via telephone or via email to qut.fleet_bookings@qut.edu.au (please specify the campus where you wish to reserve the vehicle):
