Staff who require after hours access to general teaching spaces at GP should contact the Campus Services Office before 3:00pm on the day prior to the required date. Access at KG can be arranged by 3:00pm on the day of use. Arrangements can be made by:

- email timetabling@qut.edu.au
Requests for weekend access at any campus must be received by Friday 3:00pm.
Email requests must include campus, room number, times and requestor's name.
Students should contact their School Adminstration Office to make arrangements on their behalf.
Specialist Facility Requests:
Access requests for specialist facilities (eg. Faculty controlled studios, computer labs, meeting rooms, etc) should be directed to the relevant Faculty, School or Department which will provide staff or students with access to their areas.
