Pressure wash or scrub all external concrete and tiled areas, within the defined contract areas to prevent build up of mould or to avoid a slippery condition developing in internal and external stairwells. (Based upon required instruction by contractor through checking areas on a fortnightly basis and signing the register book provided.)
