Order processing / Delivery Times
The QUT Bookshop endeavours to process orders within 24 - 48 hours of receipt. Expected delivery times for customers receiving goods are:
via Australia Post - between 2 and 3 working days of Bookshop processing order.
via Courier - between 1 and 2 working days of Bookshop processing order.
Please contact the Bookshop if you have not received your order within these time frames. The Bookshop will contact you if there is a delay in processing or delivery of your order.

The Bookshop offers free postage (Australia Post) or courier (Fastway) - within Australia only - to QUT students, for orders placed on-line or faxed to us for a set period, approximately 5 weeks prior to start of semester 1 and 4 weeks prior to start of semester 2. free service does not include Express Post which will be charged at the usual rates. Please note courier deliveries must be signed for. The free service only applies to items that are in stock during the free postage period – there will be no rain checks. Specific details regarding start and end dates are emailed to all students before and during each free post period.

QUT Bookshop refund policy
QUT Bookshop Return Policy is in accordance with Fair Trading, QLD and guidelines are as follows:
Please choose carefully: Customers are not entitled to a refund if they have simply changed their mind, realise they can’t afford the item, made the wrong selection or found the item cheaper elsewhere.
Customers are entitled to refunds or exchanges where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or are unfit for the purpose.
Textbook Returns
It is QUT Bookshop’s Policy to provide a Refund for textbook returns within 14 days of purchase under the following circumstances:
Withdrawal from unit of study
Exemption granted from a unit of study
A Gift Voucher or Exchange will be offered for textbook returns within 14 days of purchase under the following circumstances:
Incorrect textbook purchased for unit of study
Before a Refund/Gift Voucher/Exchange is issued, customers are required to:
Produce register receipt provided as proof of purchase
Ensure goods are in mint condition
Provide evidence of amended enrolment where applicable

Competition 1: QUT Bookshop eNewsletter subscribers will be in the running to win back the cost of their textbooks for Semester 1 2013.
Payment will only be made for books purchased between 10th January and 28th March 2013. (see terms and conditions)
The winner will be drawn Wednesday 3rd April 2013 at 12 noon and notified via their provided subscription email address.Competition 2: Win a KeepCup.
Inspired by the coffee shop that is going to be an addition to our new store, this month we are giving away a KeepCup! We will also be selling these great reusable cups in the new store.
If you are subscribed to this email you are automatically in the draw. The competition will be re-drawn on Monday the 14th of January 2013. The Decemeber prize went unclaimed.
