Bookshop customers have a variety of choices with regard to your preferred method of shopping:

• Personal shopping
• Phone Orders - telephone applicable store
• Fax Orders - fax applicable store
• E-mail Orders - e-mail address for all stores is bookshop@qut.edu.au
• On-line Shopping - students now have the option of purchasing their set textbooks and course notes through secure on-line ordering and payment. Your orders will be posted or couriered to your door for your convenience. On-line shopping is accessable via QUT Virtual, Student Personal Profile and Booklists (from Booklists use shopping cart icons through to checkout).
  

Online Shopping Facilities

Students now have the option of purchasing their set textbooks and course notes through secure on-line ordering and payment. Your orders will be posted or couriered to your door for your convenience. Postal Orders

When paying by credit card via the phone or fax, we require the following information:

• Cardholders Name (as it appears on the card)
• Cardholders Address
• Card Number
• Expiry Date

The following charges are applicable on goods mailed out to customers:

  Up to 500gm in Post Pack (Australia wide)	$ 6.50
  Greater than 500gm in Post Pack (QLD only)	$ 8.50
  Greater than 500gm in Post Pack (Australia wide)	$ 15.00

• Fastway Courier Service (parcel must be signed for)

Postcodes 4000 - 4199	$ 8.50
Postcodes 4200 - 4599	$ 13.00
Postcodes (other within Australia)	$ 15.00

• Express Post Satchel

  Up to 500 grams (Australia wide)	$  8.50
  Over 500gm to 3Kg	$ 13.00
  3Kg large bag	$ 15.00
  5Kg large bag	$ 20.00

• Cheque (with 2 forms of ID - student ID photo is ideal as one form)

• Account sales (only for companies or Government departments on provision of official purchase order)

QUT Bookshops give a 5% discount on textbooks priced at $100.00 and over. The prices displayed in the student booklist and in the Bookshops are the prices after the discount has been applied.
