Stan Grant, will be guest speaker, at the first
Vice-Chancellor’s Forum event for 2018, presented in conjunction with The Griffith Review.  Launching First Things First, and talk about his powerful essay 'My grandfather's equality'. In this essay Stan explores the politics of identity, challenges to liberalism and the threat of populism.  He interrogates what it means to be a First Australian, and Australian citizen and a man at ease in the world.  He has a unique and thought provoking perspective on issues facing Indigenous Australians.
